Macbook professional intel, macos ventura 13.4.1
I’ve 2 timemachine backups. A time capsule at work, an USB HDD at dwelling. It has been working like a allure for years.
Right here is the outline as given by the command tmutil destinationInfo
run in terminal app:

For apparently no purpose, the timemachine setup disappears at some random time. No backup might be made… I am at present at dwelling, final backup was as we speak at 15:41 on disk “fry”, and it’s now 16:55, the config disappeared. tmutil destinationInfo
offers this consequence:
tmutil: No locations configured.
But, the native disk “fry” is mounted, I can see the timemachine icon of the disk on the desktop and I can open it, browse it, and so forth… However sadly timemachine will not use it because the config disappeared. If I attempt to add the drive once more as a timemachine disk, macos says “OK”, however TM will not save. If I attempt to “save now”, there’s a rely down. On the finish of the rely down, nothing occurs.
The one answer I’ve discovered to date is to reboot. After a reboot, the tm locations are again, till one thing occurs that wipes the config off once more.
I attempted to reinstall macos, however this didn’t change something.
What can I do to repair that ?
