Now we have a phenomenal field of fall salad and cooking greens this week and a few last-chance summer time gems. That is the top of the tomatoes and watermelon for the season. Arising? Winter squash, root greens & extra!

Storage: In an hermetic container within the fridge.
Makes use of: Cooked is greatest
When to make use of: Inside 5 days

Crimson Tomatoes
Storage: On the counter – ripe when deep pink.
Makes use of: Uncooked/Cooked
When to make use of: Inside a day when ripe.

Parsley
Storage: In an hermetic container within the fridge.
Makes use of: Uncooked/Cooked
When to make use of: Inside 3 days

Yellow *Seedless* Watermelon
Storage: Within the fridge.
Makes use of: Uncooked
When to make use of: Inside 5 days
