Google stops testing hyperlinks in Search Generative Expertise snapshot solutions


Google started testing hyperlinks inside the Search Generative Expertise AI-generated snapshot solutions earlier this month. Effectively, evidently check is over. Google is not displaying hyperlinks or citations in its AI-generated solutions.

Here’s what I see now, SGE solutions with none hyperlinks:

Check is gone. A few of you have been unable to see the SGE hyperlinks check whereas it was stay. However these individuals who have been within the check seen the hyperlinks have been gone from Google’s AI-generated responses beginning yesterday afternoon.

I used to be within the check, however Google is now not displaying me hyperlinks. And so have been a number of others, together with Danny Goodwin, Managing Editor of Search Engine Land.
