The municipality of Rosazza, as may be understood from its specific structure, just isn’t the same old mountain village and its historical past doesn’t even start in historic occasions. We now have to return to the top of the 1800s, when in 1883 the rich Federico Rosazza, Venerable Grand Grasp of Biellese Freemasonry, began the development of the Guelph Tower of what’s now the Citadel of Rosazza.
